Project manager in SBC Digital

As we are currently in the active development phase, this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our excellent team and contribute to the cutting-edge product. We're looking for a talented Project Manager to become a member of our team.

The role will be all about guiding a team and overseeing the processes that will allow delivering the highest quality product to the market. You will be a part of a team of about 10 people consisting of skilled professionals.

What You Will Do:

Managing projects on all stages (initiation; planning; execution; closing);

Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally;

Manage and control team performance, resolving issues that arise by removing process bottlenecks and searching for the best decisions that lead to a successful solution;

Implement company operating procedures, including tech documentation and product quality;

Continuously improve our tech development process and project management tools to make us more efficient.

Working directly with stakeholders on both the client and company side;

Getting things done in all aspects of PM activities;

Requirements:

2+ years working as a Project Manager/Business Analyst;

Experience in setting up projects from scratch

Solid experience in using project management tools like Asana, Jira, etc.

Strong understanding of software development practices and processes

Experience managing a project in a rapid growth and fast-paced environment while supporting multiple initiatives at different phases of development with different needs

Effective communication skills

Understanding of SDLC;

Understanding of Cloud infrastructure, REST API, Client - Server architecture

Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the project;

Ability to look at situations from a risk-based approach;

Solid organizational, time management, and complex problem-solving abilities

Ability to maintain a balance between the interests of the business and the team.

It will be a plus:

Dev / QA technical background (education, completed courses, etc.);

PMP certification or other relevant certification in project management

Experience in Digital Marketing, Digital ads campaigns, or previous job experience at digital agencies.
