Your responsibilities will include improving efficiency, performance, productivity, and profitability using effective approaches and tactics. Your tasks: • Ensures the efficiency ofall operational processes. • Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running ofthe business toensure smooth progress. • Ensure regular unit projects such asmonthly planning, sales report preparation, and retrospectives are completed effectively. Includes tracking and following uponaction points. • Manage external projects with other companies and internal service function projects (development, sales, marketing), ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient execution. • Ensures compliance with procedures within the business unit involving all stakeholders and all rules and regulations. • Assists inpreparing and facilitating internal meetings, including material preparation and agenda development. • Tracks the progress ofkey initiatives within the business unit. • Coordinates with other departments toensure efficient task and project execution that impacts the business unit. What you already have: • In-depth knowledge ofdiverse business functions and principles. • Skills inIT project management, given the involvement inIT-related projects. • Proven experience asanoperations manager orasimilar leadership role. • Working knowledge ofdata analysis and performance/operation metrics. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Astrategic mindset with problem-solving aptitude. • Anunderstanding ofquality management and continuous improvement processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong team management skills. •Knowledge ofproject management tools like Jira and Notion, alongside proficiency indocument management tools including MSOffice and Google Docs. • Adaptability and resilience tochanging environments. • English Upper— Intermediate orhigher.
