Functionality: • Formation of the project timeline and work with the backlog of tasks; • Management of the development process, interaction with an external contractor; • Control of deadlines for tasks, risk management, escalation of problems; • Synchronization with related project teams; • Product delivery to the client, production support; • Reporting on team performance.
