The project was created on the initiative of the President of Ukraine and with the support of the Ministries of Economy and Digital Transformation of Ukraine. BRDO is a non-governmental non-profit organization to assist the government in carrying out economic reforms to improve the business environment in conditions of political instability. 📌Why is Pulse.gov.ua worth your attention?1 . The initiative is coordinated by members of the Council on Business Support in Martial Law. 3. The possibility of being involved in the digitization of the work of the state and the collection of objective data. 4. The total economic impact of BRDO initiatives before a full-scale invasion is estimated at 1 billion euros. We are looking for a specialist: 1. With 3+ years of experience as a project manager. 2. Who understands the generally accepted processes of R&D.3. Understands: - project management methodologies such as: Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Prism, Prince2, etc; - the role of the Scrum master; - what SDLC and WBS are; - Gantt charts; - Walking skeleton pattern in development project.4. Has a technical IT language. (Understands, for example, what is FTP, Sprint, ASAP, Regression, XML, Database request, Deadline, FYI, Client-Server Architecture, Smoke Test, Release, etc.). 5. Has experience in developing RACI matrices. What will need to be done: 1. Interact with customers: agree on tasks, priorities, requirements. 2. Form, plan and implement the project Roadmap. 3. Conduct all SCRUM activities, including demo presentations.4. Engage in team facilitation. 5. Conduct project reporting, including form reports on unit economics. 6.
