About the project  Currently, the envisioned project isanapplication designed for patient management within hospital and nursing home networks inthe United States, along with billing and insurance functionalities. Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency inproject management for aminimum of5years. Proven ability tolead teams of15people ormore, fostering motivation and teamwork. Possesses astrategic mindset and robust analytical skills, dedicated toachieving business objectives. Experience inbusiness and system analysis, adept atstakeholder management and backlog prioritization. Skilled ineffective communication with customers, adept atcultivating fruitful client relationships. Prior engagement inenterprise-level projects, showcasing comprehensive project management skills. Advanced proficiency inEnglish, with excellent facilitation and presentation abilities. Experience with healthcare enterprise products ishighly advantageous. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management : Coordinates the overall product strategy with the team, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone isaligned towards common goals. Manages expectations for multiple key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. People Management: Working with ateam of15+employees, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective leadership. Organizes workflows inthe development team, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Arranges and actively participates inall Agile and Scrum team meetings, fostering aculture oftransparency and accountability. Product Lifecycle and Strategy Management: Explores user requests and looks for their pains, conducting thorough research tounderstand customer needs. Develops acomprehensive vision and product strategy, outlining clear objectives and priorities. Works closely onproduct functionality and priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Accompanies product development from idea toimplementation, providing guidance and oversight ateach stage. Transforms user stories into final requirements for developers, ensuring seamless implementation offeatures that meet user needs. Team: 20members, developers, 2BAs, 3QAs, Technical writer, Supports.
