With the beginning of a full-scale war, the company and the online auction system did not stop working for a single day and continue to help the state and communities to earn for the budgets of different levels. There are still many new directions, projects and ideas that we want to implement. We are looking for a Project Manager to further improve the electronic trading system. Of you:*higher education in the field of project management \ cybernetics \ information technologies \ engineering specialties \ natural sciences\; *experience of Project Manager work from 3 years; skill of organizing processes according to flexible Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, understanding their pros and cons (we use a hybrid methodology, focusing on the specifics of projects and stakeholder requirements); *experience working with project documentation; *proficiency in English at the intermediate level and above; *willingness to work with G2B/B2B products; excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to comprehensively analyze the situation, focus on results. It will be a big plus: *understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC); *understanding of modern technologies and principles of creating online products;*skills for BPMN and/or UML business process modeling. What to do:*coordinate the cross-functional interaction of project team members and involved outsourcing companies;*form project tasks, manage their evaluation, compile and control execution schedules, reporting and presentations; * communicate with developers and stakeholders; * manage risks and changes during project implementation; * develop and maintain project documentation in an up-to-date state; * analyze and model business processes, provide recommendations for improving their efficiency.
