Project Manager in GlenFlow

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. If you are a proactive, results-oriented, positive person, who has good communication and presentational skills, we are waiting for you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- People Management

- Communication with the Product Owner and stakeholders

- Gathering product requirements

- Planning and coordination, prioritization

- Task tracking by using Jira

- Managing the software development process of the project

- Managing changes in project scope and schedule

- Measurement of project team performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Reporting and escalating to management as needed

- Performing risk management to minimize project risks

- Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation

- Delivering projects on time

Qualification and Requirements:

- Technical background

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced/fluent English level

- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

- Experience in managing a team of technical specialists

- Experience in managing distributed teams of 20+ people

- Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools

- Strong risk management skills

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Experience with different technical projects, including mobile and apps

Nice to have:

BA skills - working with the requirements, understanding of UI/UX of complex platforms.
