Project Manager in Scanway S.A.

Scanway S.A. are two business lines:

Scanway Industry, within which we create modular vision systems, applications for Industry 4.0, proprietary software based on AI technologies and advanced multi and hyperspectral technologies. Our portfolio includes over 44 machine vision implementations.

At Scanway Space, we create optical charges for the optical industry. 

We are an experienced team of engineers and specialists in the field of vision technology: opticians, programmers, FPGA specialists, mechatronics specialists and automation specialists. In Industry projects, we use solutions from leading suppliers of industrial components in the areas of 2D, 3D, multi- and hyperspectral vision. We use both proven vision libraries available on the market and develop our own engines based on leading IT technologies. 

Candidate profile:

For the Scanway Industry department, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for direct cooperation with the client. Your duties will include organizing site visits, kickoffs and workshops with clients. By creating project documentation standards and managing the project throughout its life cycle, you will have a real impact on the development of the Industry department. You will prepare project tasks that are planned together with the leaders of individual departments.

Highly developed interpersonal skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills are important to us. We work as a team and we want you to become a valuable member of this team.

• Readiness for business trips, which constitute approximately 25% of working time (mainly Poland);
• Excellent analytical, communication and reporting skills;
• Experience of successfully interacting with colleagues;
• Knowledge of English at a minimum level. Class B1;
• Experience in implementing projects in industry/IT.
