• min. 2 years of experience in IT project management (and knowledge of agile methodologies, i.e. Agile, with emphasis on Scrum ),
• English at a minimum level. C1,
• knowledge of project management tools, i.e. JIRA ,
• initiative in introducing improvements,
• highly developed critical thinking skills ,
• great communication skills , ability to match the tone of conversation to the situation,
• experience in solving problems of both business and interpersonal nature,
• willingness and ability to provide constructive feedback .
