Project Manager in NuxGame

What will be your responsibilities: - Collection of requirements for the project; - Setting tasks for developers; - Management of the planning process (definition of the plan and preparation for the implementation of the project); - Management of project document flow; - Analysis of finished technical solutions, selection of the best based on the received data; - Control over the deadlines for the completion of project tasks; - Communication with the team and contractors, setting up the work process (development, testing, work with requirements); - Control over the performance of the tasks of each of the project participants (designer, developer, tester, etc.). What we expect from the candidate: - Project Manager experience of 3 years or more in the field of IT; - English language proficiency level - Upper Intermediate (B2) (all documentation in English); - Understanding of methodologies; - Interface prototyping, setting up processes; - Knowledge of the principles of web programming and mobile development; - High communication skills, the ability to competently justify technical decisions, verbally and in writing; - The ability to correctly measure and increase the results of the work of the development department; - Experience in managing people (organizing the work of a team); - Skills for drawing up a plan of work from the site, technical tasks for programmers, designers, designers. It will be a plus: - Experience in the field of IGaming; - Work in a project with the following technology stack: PHP (Laravel) and Vue.
