Project Manager in ProductCrafters

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial experience

Experience in small-middle size outsource company (up to 30 people) managing projects from scratch to the final delivery by your own

A strong sense of ownership, motivating you to continuously seek improvements in efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness

Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, with the capability to navigate and lead cross-functional teams and job functions

Strong knowledge of Project Management processes, techniques, tools, and approaches (risk management, estimations, planning, monitoring, control, etc.)

At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (especially Agile approach and tools, Scrum and Kanban frameworks) and experience of choosing the right methodology based on project conditions

Excellent organization skills

Efficient communication with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

Effectively manage the scope, budgets, and timelines of simultaneous projects

Risk management

Requirements gathering, work breakdown, scope estimation and planning

Provide efficient reports that can be valuable for the client

Constant monitoring and improvement of project processes

Collaborate with the development teams and manage the execution of tasks

People management, monitoring and improving the performance of the team
