We invite the cooperation of an experienced specialist for the position of Project managerKey tasks: Project management: Planning, execution and control of the project from start to finish. Drawing up a schedule, estimating the necessary resources, controlling costs and solving problems that arise during the implementation of the project. Development and implementation of methods and tools for solving financial management problems: development of accounting policy, functional financial strategy, implementation of accounting systems, management reporting, budgeting, investment management , international reporting, treasury functions, acting as a financial director in interim projects. Communication: Ensuring effective communication between all project stakeholders. Reporting on the status of the project, organizing meetings and presentations, communicating with clients and the project team. Project team management: Allocation of tasks and between project participants (both from the Skills Factory side and from the client side) and their involvement in the implementation of project tasks. Risk management : Identification and management of project-related risks. Assessment of potential threats, development of risk minimization strategies and taking measures in case of problems. Monitoring and evaluation: Determination of key performance indicators and evaluation of project results. Profile of the successful candidate: Higher education; Experience as a financial manager or head of a financial/budget department; Experience in managing organizational or investment projects; Knowledge in project and strategic management; Team management skills; Understanding of the principles of investment analysis; Basic knowledge in financial management; Strong communication skills skills; Decision-making skills under limited time; Analytical skills; Advanced user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
