What you need to do: Organization of the project team, communication and communication with team members, the project owner and stakeholders; Organization and holding of "meetings", "briefs", "stand-ups" and other meetings; Creation of a project plan and management of this plan. Creating additional plans related to project scope, costs, risks, quality, resources, etc.; Defining project goals and KPIs for project achievement; Obtaining approval of the project plan from all stakeholders. Obtaining approval for the initialization of the project from the customer and approval of end users during acceptance testing; Calculations in various financial, material, labor areas; Control of project tasks and resources to comply with time frames, quality conditions and budget restrictions; Monitoring and management of the daily activity of the team. Monitoring the status of the project, evaluating the performance of the team; Communicating the common vision of the project to all stakeholders, controlling that this vision is shared by all participants; Management of change requests: analysis of changes in scope together with analysts, costs, plan and schedule; Analysis of possible risks and development of measures to minimize them; Preparation and provision of reports on the progress of project implementation; Retrospective analysis of the project from an organizational point of view, development of recommendations for the team in order to increase its productivity and reduce costs. What is required for this: 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar position in this field; Ability to draw up the necessary documentation and conduct negotiations, including complex; Ability to work in MS Visio, MS Project, Jira, Confluence programs; Knowledge of the basics of project methodology, skills in planning and evaluating the effectiveness of projects. Confident level of English (Intermediate or higher). Conversational level of Polish (ability to hold meetings).
