We are looking for a project manager in the field of "collection" (debt collection) with a proactive life position, strategic and systems thinking, good communication skills, who will be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, consumers, colleagues, regulators... etc) Responsibilities :Management of projects in the field of debt collection. Support of operational processes of projects. Creation of strategies, plans and methods of interaction with consumers, Clients and technical tasks to reduce possible threats and losses for the credit institution. Effective planning of the use of resources, determination of priority areas. Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements. Tracking and evaluating work results, identifying strengths and weaknesses for their further improvement. Ensuring effective communication with clients. Participation in the discussion, creation and implementation of new ideas. Requirements: 1 year of project management experience in the field of debt collection. Understanding receivables collection processes. Knowledge of legislation related to debt collection. Knowledge and ability to use programs and tools for effective project management and data analysis. Ability to work with multitasking projects.
