KPIs and Indicators Basic skills required for the job: Sales: experience in sales on any basis (cold, warm, offline, online, etc.) Public speaking: communication and public speaking skills Personal qualities: Ability to make decisions and take responsibility : the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively and take responsibility for their implementation.
