Control the stages of new business processes from hypothesis to implementation, and collect analytics on its results. Control the timeliness of feedback on the stages of troubleshooting by responsible departments Organize and conduct meetings; Provide accurate and timely information, data and reports on the status of projects and business processes. Initiate and monitor development key performance indicators (Time to market and others) Maintain feedback between our internal teams and departments. Compile project documentation (technical tasks, documents) and project plan. To achieve results, you will need: Project manager experience will be a significant advantage Deep understanding of modern development methods and methodologies. Experience working with project management systems and documentation Experience working with cross-functional teams High communication and organizational skills Continuous professional development within the scope of one's field, Orientation on results, time management, stress resistance Leadership competencies (autonomy in decision-making, responsibility, initiative)
