Project manager in Misto Sili, GO

We are looking for a qualified project manager to lead and manage various projects that contribute to the realization of our mission: preserving the human capital of Southern Ukraine, improving the quality of life of citizens and promoting the sustainable development of the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects in accordance with established timelines and budgets. Creation and management of project teams, reporting to the project donor and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle. Requirements: Proven experience in project management in non-profit organizations Understanding of the non-profit sector Experience working with international organizations (preferred) Ability to set clear priorities Analytical and critical thinking with the ability to evaluate grant applications and make informed decisions Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation Ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure Willingness to acquire new skills and take initiative Adherence to the principle of confidentiality of information Working conditions: Remote, full-time, business trip (South of Ukraine) Responsibilities: In cooperation with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and outcomes that align with organizational goals Develop full-scale project plans and related communication documents Assess resources and participants needed to achieve project goals Prepare and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes , if necessary. Effectively and timely communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. If necessary, negotiate with leaders of other departments to attract necessary personnel within the organization. Establish and continuously manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders parties Solve project problems and develop contingency plans Identify and resolve problems and conflicts within the project team Report to the project donor and ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle Evaluate project results and identify lessons learned
