Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result; Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and the sequence of repair work; Experience in negotiations with customers, drafting and coordination of the technical task. Responsibilities: Implementation of effective management at all stages of project implementation; Conducting negotiations and establishing partnerships with contractors to ensure successful cooperation; Responsibility for financial and time indicators of project implementation; Active participation in tenders for the selection of a general contractor; Analysis and cost optimization to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize profitability; Development and implementation of risk management strategies to reduce possible negative impacts on the project; Tracking and guaranteeing timely completion of project tasks and meeting deadlines.
