Good understanding of Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS), including safeguards. project-related Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer Experience working in the Ukrainian and/or regional context English language — upper-intermediate level Responsibilities: Providing strategic leadership and general management of assigned projects. Development of work plans in accordance with the results and outcomes of the project in accordance with the donor agreement. In cooperation with the MEAL coordinator, lead the development and implementation of evaluations and monitoring, and ensure robust data analysis to inform programming Lead efforts to identify vulnerable families in targeted areas and ensure high quality data collected during evaluations Ensure that gender, environment and protection are addressed in all activities. Prepare and organize the distribution of cash together with the relevant ADRA staff and financial service providers, including the preparation of the list of beneficiaries, relevant supporting documents, etc. Liaise with local authorities, other NGOs and other relevant coordinating bodies to avoid duplication of assistance and of exclusion/inclusion errors. Expand referral pathways between programs/sectors and ensure dissemination of project objectives to communities. Provide timely program reports that meet ADRA and donor requirements. Represent ADRA on cash and other stakeholder or coordination working groups as needed meetings and maintain ADRA's positive, ongoing and visible presence. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local partners, local authorities and communities. Work with other teams to ensure good practice in record keeping, donor compliance, communication, etc. Provide support to groups that work in areas of intervention when necessary and security allows. Support proposal development (strategic and budget contributions). Facilitate donor visits to project sites upon request. NGO experience preferred.
