Measure all indicators , which affect the launch of the project. Protect the development budget. Monitor all indicators and fill out the necessary reports. Run A/B tests to improve certain metrics. When you launch a project, you become almost a partner, because your motivation will be built around how much a successful launch. What qualities can you not do without: Ability to immerse yourself in details. Intelligent search for information. Ability to run tests and experiments correctly. We build everything on numbers.
