We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Floor Covering Sales Manager for our company in Kyiv. Duties: Development and implementation of floor covering sales strategy for various markets and customers; Active search and attraction of new customers, including construction, industrial, food industry, hotel complexes, medical centers, educational institutions, office and shopping and entertainment centers; Advising customers on various types of floor coverings and helping them choose the optimal solution; Preparation and conclusion of contracts with customers, ensuring the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement; Constant monitoring of the market and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies. Requirements: At least one year of experience in floor covering sales or the construction industry will be a big plus; Confidence in communicating with customers and negotiation skills; High motivation to achieve set goals and work performance; Ability to work in a team and effectively organize your time; Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
