The project was created on the initiative of the President of Ukraine and with the support of the Ministries of Economy and Digital Transformation of Ukraine. We are looking for a specialist: With 3+ years of experience in the position of a project manager. Who understands the generally accepted R&D processes. Understands: project management methodologies such as: Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Prism, Prince2, etc; the role of the Scrum master; what is SDLC and WBS; Gantt charts; the Walking skeleton pattern in project development. Possesses technical IT language. (Understands, for example, what is FTP, Sprint, ASAP, Regression, XML, Database request, Deadline, FYI, Client-Server Architecture, Smoke Test, Release, etc.). Has experience in developing RACI matrices. What will have to be done : Interact with customers: agree on tasks, priorities, requirements. Form, plan and implement the project Roadmap. Conduct all SCRUM activities, including demo presentations. Facilitate the team. Conduct project reporting, including generating reports on unit economics. Analyze and manage risks on the project.
