Your duties: Manage projects from the first meeting with the client to scaling and further development; Conduct calls with potential and existing clients, collect and record information; Organize the work of the project team (advertising specialists, designers, etc.); Control all processes and be responsible for the result; Conduct written communication with clients and the team; Collect information for the launch of advertising, accompany the project at all stages; Create templates, instructions, checklists and other tools for better project management. Qualities we value: Proactivity and initiative: You are not afraid to take responsibility, propose new ideas and strive for better results; Knowledge of English (minimum level b1 to be able to communicate freely with foreign clients) Systematic and multitasking: You know how to organize your work, prioritize and juggle with multiple tasks; Empathy: You know how to find a common language with people and build teamwork; Knowledge of basic project management tools: We use Worksection, but we are ready to teach; Stress resistance: You know how to keep emotions under control and do not give up in the face of difficulties; Understanding of the principles of targeted and contextual advertising.
