This isahighly visible role that spans multiple global touch-points, including Project Management, Client Relationship, Process Excellence and Technical Consultancy. Asapivotal figure, you’ll guide the team through Scrum events, aid ineliminating impediments, and cultivate anenvironment that emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement. This role also includes the critical responsibility ofreporting onkey engineering metrics and sprint velocity toensure transparency and drive performance improvements. Skills and experience you can bring tothis role Qualifications &experience: In-depth understanding ofAgile and Scrum methodologies, with practical application skills; Project Management experience of2+years, ideally inWeb and Mobile projects; Leadership and team motivation skills, plus decision-making abilities; Anability toguide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty; Experience inKPIreporting, particularly engineering metrics and sprint velocity; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable ofbuilding effective team and stakeholder relationships; Consulting skills, such asthe ability toelaborate ideas and explain technical concepts inasimple way, and convey technical visions tobusiness people; Upper-intermediate oradvanced written and spoken English skills; International expertise and perspective; and Technical experience ishighly desirable. Educational requirements: MS/BS degree inComputing Sciences orequivalent ispreferred. Credit will begiven tocandidates who donot have relevant degrees but can demonstrate equivalent work experience. What impact you’ll make Project management ofone ormore Scrum teams within alarge account; Manage customer expectations, hold internal contributors accountable for their commitments &deliverables and proactively follow upwith process participants; Aid the team inaccurately estimating and planning tasks for sprints, promoting realistic commitments and optimal resource utilization; Monitor and report onkey engineering metrics and sprint velocity, analyzing trends toguide process improvements and enhance team performance; Assist inintegrating the team’s outputs with broader program objectives, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall goals; Ensure the quality ofthe process and deliverables; Remove bottlenecks, escalate and resolve issues; People management.
