Project manager in Buyanov V.P., FOP

We are looking for a strong Middle Project Manager for a web development company. IPR is an agency for the development of E-commerce projects. We work on the Ukrainian market. The main product of the company is the development of individual online stores based on CMS OpenCart. Currently 15+ active projects. Among the main component projects:✔️ Design of interfaces✔️ Formation of technical documentation ✔️ Development of design layouts ✔️ Front-end and back-end development ✔️ Testing✔️ Integration with accounting systems and CRM✔️Technical support and functional development We offer: 1️⃣ fixed salary for 2 months , then — % of projects + bonus; 2️⃣ comfortable work schedule from 9:30 to 18:30; 3️⃣ adaptation program; 4️⃣ established business processes; 5️⃣ the possibility of career growth to Head of PM. Functional duties: 🔸participation in the creation of project documentation (technical specifications, interface prototypes); 🔸 setting tasks for the development team; 🔸 control of task performance by the team; 🔸communication with clients: feedback request, inquiry; 🔸content, presentation of results; 🔸reaction to requests from clients; 🔸reporting on projects; 🔸systematization of processes in the company. Who will you work with: 🔸 developers, designers, content managers, testers; 🔸 with the Head of PM, who controls the quality of work. What we expect from the candidate: 🔸 experience as a Project Manager in a related company for at least 18 months; 🔸 knowledge of the basics of Internet marketing: PPC, SEO, CRO; 🔸 skills to form good relationships with clients and team; 🔸 initiative.
