Вимоги: We’re looking for an Project Manager to join our team — Digital marketing agency UAband (2016).Requirements:A minimum of 2 year of experience in project management in DIGITAL MARKETING!Understanding the principles and requirement to each of mentioned ads channels Google ads, Meta Media buying, LinkedIn, TikTok, strategy creation, creative creation, copywriting, content creation Min B2 of English proficiency (written and spoken)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Experience in project management from scratch — understanding of project life cycles.Soft skills — ability to build an effective team culture.Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levelsExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk-management skills.Detail-oriented, well organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.What is your duties:1 Communicate with Clients to define the objectives of the project, all details connecting to reaching the target2. Detect and develop plan+ schedules, detect resources and budgeting (including invoices)3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.4. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential risks and issues.5. Communicate project status and updates to clients, team members, and management.6. Foster a positive work environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.7. Manage project changes and incorporate necessary adjustments into the project plan and in time communication about updates.8. Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.9.
