Project manager in Brokard-Ukrayina, TOV

Brocard-Ukraine is an operator of the perfume and cosmetics market of Ukraine in the luxury segment. The company manages a network of stores under the BROCARD brands and the online store brocard.ua. We invite a Project manager to join our team. Requirements: higher education (mainly in the field of IT, management, project management); availability of additional education (courses, trainings) in project management (PMBOK, PRINCE2) in IT; experience in creating project management regulations, procedures and standards; experience in creating or managing product teams (product development) using Agile principles; experience in developing regulatory documentation (instructions, orders); analytical thinking and the ability to systematize information; understanding and the ability to work with the process model of the organization, experience in modeling business processes; knowledge of BPMN notation; experience in working with MS Visio. Responsibilities: creation of project management regulations and procedures; unification of digital product development procedures; project management and coordination; development of regulatory and accompanying documentation; methodological assistance to units in their part.
