Netpeak Core is currently looking for a Project Manager to coordinate development projects. Our job is to ensure that the release plan for the projects is executed on time with the appropriate quality. In addition, we are results-oriented, so it is important to us that we meet monthly financial plans as a team. Your skills: 3+ years of experience in the position of a project manager. You understand the generally accepted R&D processes. Understanding what SDLC is. language (Understanding, for example, what is FTP, Sprint, ASAP, Regression, XML, Database request, Deadline, FYI, Client-Server Architecture, Smoke Test, Release, etc.). Understanding project management methodologies such as: Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Prism, Prince2, etc. Understanding the role of the Scrum master. Understanding the Gantt chart. Understanding what WBS is. Understanding and applying the Walking skeleton pattern in project development. Experience in developing RACI matrices. using Activity Diagram. Understanding what CPM/CPA/PERT is. The team expects from you: Interaction with customers. Coordination of tasks, priorities, requirements with customers. Formation, planning and implementation of the project Roadmap. Carrying out all SCRUM activities, including demo presentations. Team facilitation. Project reporting. Analysis and risk management on projects. Resolution of conflict situations, resolution of problems. Formation of reports on unit economy. Control of the implementation of project goals and strategies. We offer: Fixed rate based on the results of the interview.
