What needs to be done: Search, analysis and rapid implementation of global trends in the cosmetic industry; Search for low-competitive categories in the cosmetic industry and initiate the development and release of such products; Study « pains" of customers and the search for effective solutions in the cosmetic industry; Search for innovative and effective components; Conducting product development projects — from the idea and TK to the focus group and launch on the market.
