Naftogaz Digital Technologies (the main shareholder is Naftogaz of Ukraine) is an insourcing center and an IT competence center for all companies of the Naftogaz Group. In connection with the expansion of the team of the portfolio of the new project "Naftogaz Digital Technologies" is looking for a Project Manager We expect from the candidate: Higher education (technical or economic) Experience in managing projects in the automation of business processes / implementation of industrial solutions (ERP, CRM, EDMS, etc.) at least 5 years (as a project manager) Experience managing several projects at the same time and a team of more than 15 participantsKnowledge and understanding of project management principlesUnderstanding the principles of calculating economic indicatorsKnowledge and practical skills of working with the full software development cycle (SDLC)Skills and practical application of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies Experience in conflict management in projects Ability to convey technical details and nuances to an interlocutor without a technical background Experience with software: MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Project), Jira, Trello (or similar) Ability to clearly and clearly express your thoughts (verbally and in writing) The level of English is not lower than Intermediate. It will be a plus The presence of PMI/PMBOK certification Technical work experience in the role of a software developer / Business analyst / System analyst / Tester Management of interested parties (Stakeholders Management) in complex conditions Responsibilities Project management (development of plans, budgets, setting tasks , control of their implementation) Communication with the Customer, business users, management of companies that are part of the Naftogaz Group Management of the project team Monitoring the progress of tasks and meeting estimates and deadlines Participation in the selection of suppliers, negotiations, concluding contracts Risk management and proactive work with blockers, external factors Calculation of economic effectsInteraction with contracting organizationsPreparation of periodic (weekly, monthly) reporting on projectsWhat we offer: interesting projectsmedical insuranceoffice in the center of Kyiv (safe)official employment under the Labor Code of Ukraine vacation - up to 31 calendar days per year
