Announces a competition for the vacancy of a project manager. Tasks and job duties of the employee: Develops a detailed project plan, determines tasks, deadlines and necessary resources. Allocates resources (human, financial, material) to achieve the project goal. Selects and forms teams, assigns tasks and manages conflicts. Communicates with the project initiator, the IT department and all interested parties. prepares and submits reports. Develops and maintains project management methodology in an up-to-date state. Basic requirements for the candidate: Higher education in the field of management, business or a similar field. Work experience of 5 years or more (in the agricultural sector will be an advantage). Experience in project implementation transformation, or implementation of projects to implement ERP systems, maintenance. Ability to work with MS Office MS Project, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio, Auto CAD. Knowledge of PMBOK and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.).
