WHAT TO DO: Prepare documentation: create and update project plans, schedules and other documents; Conduct effective communication: interaction with project participants, organization of meetings and meetings, communication with the team, other departments and external contractors; Adhere to the budget: monitoring financial indicators, preparation of information on expenses, reports; Work with documents, also includes work with: presentations, commercial proposals, reporting tables, source data for projects, preparation of tender documentation; Establish cooperation and management negotiations with builders, architects, designers, representatives of general contracting organizations for long-term cooperation; Organizing the launch of projects, preparation of plans; Coordinating the activities of participants involved and responsible for implementation (engineers — builders, architects, the customer, operation managers, etc.); Quality control and delivery terms, compliance with work deadlines, reporting and providing it to the head of management.
