Currently, we have opened a new office in Unit.City, and at the same time we are opening a vacancy for an assistant director. What tasks are we looking for a Manager for? Managing the work of all departments: purchasing, sales, logistics, finance, marketing, organizing the working time of the team; Building interaction between two by companies; Implementation of established plans for tasks; Operational control of income and expenses; Preparation of reports for the owner. Our requirements for the candidate: Ability to manage a small team in practice (up to 5 people); Higher education (preferably business administration, trade, economics); Experience in a similar position in a system company from 2 years; Successful experience in building operational management and people management; Excellent communication skills, responsibility and focus on team results; Ability to hold corporate and team meetings; Ability to plan day-week-month-year both for yourself and for the team.
