Project manager in Skill Build

Vacancy: Project Manager The company "Skill Build" is a successful construction company that specializes in the development and construction of various projects. Due to the expansion of our operations, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and executing projects from start to finish . Your role will include communicating with customers, coordinating work on the construction site and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. Responsibilities: Interact with customers to gather requirements and develop project plans. Manage a team of workers on the construction site. Monitor adherence to schedules and execution of works. Coordination with suppliers of materials and contractors. Ensuring the quality of execution of works and their compliance with technical standards. Solving any problems and necessary changes during the implementation of the project. Reporting on the status of the project and its financial indicators. Requirements: Higher education in the field of construction , architecture or related field.Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not required.Ability to work in a team and manage people.High responsibility and results orientation.Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of building codes, rules and technologies.
