Project manager in Halo Lab

Hello! We have one of the coolest digital design teams in Ukraine, and we help IT startups from all over the world make projects. Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a manager who could work side by side with designers and developers. Avengers assemble! What we do: Design of sites, mobile applications and other digital products. Development of sites and web applications. Branding/ identity, illustrations, 3D, and more. What do you need to do? Write well in English, don't hesitate to make calls on the project. Communicate with customers - specify requirements, present results and receive feedback. Plan a working day/week/month (your own and the team's ). Organize the work of designers and developers, build processes on projects. Check results for compliance with requirements (both for project design and development). Keep your finger on the pulse and control the situation like Doctor Strange, interact with other managers. Use programs: Slack , ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive, etc. Participate in the discussion of internal processes and propose new ideas for their improvement. You are our candidate if: You have good knowledge of the English language, upper-intermediate — advanced; You have experience in managing people and solving difficult situations ;Ready to multitask and know how to set priorities;Ready to take care of your team and take responsibility for the project;Not afraid of tasks that you don't know how to solve yet. The ability to find solutions and Google is an important skill for a manager. It will be a plus: Management experience in another industry; Basic understanding of what web project design and development is; If you have ever encountered programming, testing or other work in the field of IT; Completion of courses with project-management in IT.
