We are announcing a competition for the position of: PROJECT MANAGER. Resumes will be considered only (!!!) of those candidates who meet all the requirements listed below, want to earn, have relevant work experience (!!!) and have achieved 18 years. In this role, we see a professional specialist with management, communication skills and the ability to effectively manage several (3-5) projects; a team leader, an owner who will be able to manage a team of leaders of other directions and other subordinates; a person with excellent charisma, with strong organizational skills, who can lead, who is passionate about his work, who believes in his abilities and inspires every member of his team. The main responsibilities of the candidate: operational management; planning, organization (coordination) and control according to the implementation of the project within the limits of the goal and defined tasks; timely identification of project risks and their management, including changes in scope, delays in terms and possible budget overruns, as well as the prompt application of measures to mitigate these risks; implementation of control over compliance with the terms of project contracts ; motivation and development of the team, ensuring effective communication within the division and communication with related departments (marketing department, department of work with donors, etc.); coordination of cooperation of the project parties in order to ensure compliance with the expected results of the project. We expect from the candidate (s): experience in project management from 2 years (experience in non-profit organizations will be an advantage); experience in managing and coordinating teams in various directions; experience in international projects (an additional advantage); level of English knowledge - from upper intermediate - welcome; skills in external communications to present the project to a wide audience; negotiation, organizational, analytical skills, the ability to structure information; the ability to communicate at all levels; sociability, responsibility and initiative, a high level of self-organization, readiness for non-standard situations, attention to details.
