Quality control of administrators' work (analysis of messengers in communication with clients; analysis of canceled orders; verification of additional sales; coaching of administrators). 2. Control of copywriters and content managers (task setting and control of effective performance of work tasks). 3. Working with the assortment (search and selection of new brands, analysis of the effectiveness of the current assortment). 4. Organization of promotions, mailings (planning, organization, issuance of TK to content managers, analysis of the results of promotions). Requirements: Experience in a similar position or the position of manager, director, organizer, head of department, team leader, etc. - not less than 1 year. 2. Management experience of managers/administrators. 3. Experience of working with an assortment of new goods in the field of retail trade (development and implementation of a new assortment of goods, successful introduction to the market). 4. Ability to work with 1C, Trello, MS Excel, Google spreadsheets and process large amounts of information. 5. Successful experience of influencing sales growth. 6. High level of communication skills and leadership qualities. 7. Analytical and organizational thinking.
