UAH 10% of the client's payment + Bonus for KPIS Average salary: UAH 32,000 Work remotely! The main tasks of the project manager: Communication in chats with clients; Monthly/weekly planning, control of success and KPI; Organize coordinated team work, cohesion, motivation of subordinates, help in complex situations; Personally accept each stage of the work of specialists and give feedback; Coordination of T3 with existing clients, order of creatives, search and work with contractors; Help in forming a promotion strategy and development plan for each client in our company; Submit projects on time and work on reducing the time of working on them; Looking for points of project growth and proposing ways of their optimization/implementation; Reporting on project progress; Customer payment control; Conducting online meetings with the team, customers, team training.
