Development of a strategy for the introduction of gamification into the club's sports programs. Coordination of the development of a mobile application. Coordination of the development of websites. Project resource management, including task allocation, time and budget control. Ensuring high quality of project results and compliance with client requirements. Requirements: Experience in project management of 3 years or more (candidates with experience in mobile development, game development are preferred); Understanding of development technology Software;Technical background (developer or QA);Experience reviewing technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and long-term product goals;Proficient in SDLC and CI/CD and understanding of the technical nuances of developing software products;Skills in drafting business, functional and non-functional requirements, and also practical experience with business analysis methods and tools; Knowledge of project management using Jira, Trello; Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum); High level of organizational and communication skills; Understanding of the sports industry and trends in digital innovation; Ability to work in a team and manage it; High level of English (spoken and written).
