Project manager in GIOC, KP (Golovniy informaciyno-obchislyuvalniy centr Kieva)

The IT company of KMDA is looking for a project manager to participate in projects of creation and modernization of city IT systems. KP GIOC is a communal enterprise that works in the field of IT and implements the city's target program "Electronic Capital". We create, implement and administer IT systems for providing city services online. Among our projects: mobile application "Kyiv Digital", e-ticket for travel in public transport, online parking payment service, service for finding evacuated cars and paying fines for evacuating cars online, and many others. Responsibilities Manage IT projects that will include: preparing, maintaining and updating project plans/roadmaps, resource plans, budget plans, communication plans, risk/stakeholder matrices and other documents related to project management; constant monitoring of roadmaps and project delivery statuses in ClickUp; effective communication with by internal and external stakeholders: project team, KMR, KMDA, national level organizations, donor organizations, software providers, others; software development management; preparation of periodic reports; schedule management; requirements management; risk and change management; team motivation and environment provision for effective project delivery. Necessary skillsExperience in project management for the development of enterprise software products and software implementation on the customer/developer side from 1 year.Experience in managing a development team.Experience in creating technical documentation for the software being created.Experience in conducting business correspondence. .Practical experience in using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Click up etc.).
