Today, our equipment is used in more than 2,000 projects in more than 80 countries around the world, such as Diriyah Season Park in Saudi Arabia and Dezerland Park - the largest entertainment complex in Florida. We develop, manufacture and sell electronic devices entirely ourselves: we design and assemble boards, cases, make molds, pour plastics, create software from idea to delivery to the client. We have a full cycle of product creation, so different specialists can be present at one meeting: electronic board assemblers, Java architects, marketers and sales. We are looking for a strong Project Manager who will work with full-cycle projects. Projects will have soft and hard components (physical serial production), which adds its challenges and interest to their management. Our wishes: Work experience from 1 year; Methodological skills of project and people management; Analytical skills; Your responsibilities: Planning, organization and control of the project and teams; management of terms, budget, content, risks of the project; setting up the work process in the team (development, testing, working with requirements); decomposition of the project content, maintaining the backlog; determining the necessary resources, setting tasks within the team; Prioritization of tasks; Tracking deadlines for tasks; Team motivation and involvement; Constant communication with the Product Owner (discussion, approval).
