We are looking for a strong Project Manager who will work with full-cycle projects. Projects will have soft and hard components (physical serial production), which adds its challenges and interest to their management. Our wishes: Work experience from 1 year; Methodological skills of project and people management; Analytical skills; Your responsibilities: Planning, organization and control of the project and teams; management of terms, budget, content, risks of the project; setting up the work process in the team (development, testing, working with requirements); decomposition of the project content, maintaining the backlog; determining the necessary resources, setting tasks within the team; Prioritization of tasks; Tracking deadlines for tasks; Team motivation and involvement; Constant communication with the Product Owner (discussion, approval).
