The main functions of the position: processing applications from customers for installation or complaints of equipment, drawing up complaint letters and requests for business trips to facilities for measurements , damage and scope assessments, business correspondence and negotiations with customers, organization of business trips for assembly teams. Important: possession of a category B driver's license; technical education or experience in servicing equipment; competent oral and written language.
