We are expanding our team of managers and are looking for a new Project Manager to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate team collaboration and ensure the effective use of project management tools and methodologies.
• Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project status and performance.
• Ensure projects comply with industry best practices and standards.
• Engage in sales activities, including identifying potential clients, presenting our services, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our client base and increasing revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with E-commerce projects (Magento) and web development (JS, Java).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Technical background is a significant plus.
• Proven sales experience, with a track record of successfully closing deals, is a significant plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage distributed teams.
• Proficiency in project management and sales software and tools.
• English B2+
