A construction company is inviting a responsible and experienced

TURN-KEY REPAIR PROJECT MANAGER.

We are looking for a professional who can take responsibility for the successful completion of renovation projects and ensure high quality of work.

What we want to see in a candidate:

- Experience in preparing package repairs, costing of project work and by type of work
- Experience working with designers, working with clients,
- Ability to manage a team of workers and organize work.
- Knowledge of technologies and materials used in repair works.
- Ability to plan and manage the project budget.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main responsibilities:

- Planning and management of “repair” projects key."
- Setting tasks for designers, monitoring the issuance of design projects.
- Organizing the selection, purchase and supply of materials for implementation of repairs (rough, finishing, equipment, electricity).
- Control of architectural and technical supervision.
- Certificates of completed work (formation control).
- Transfer of the object with completed repairs to the customer.
- Project budget management.
- Reporting on the status of projects.
