You have excellent analytical skills and see causes and consequences in what is happening; solutions to achieve results. Requirements: 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field. Understanding of methodologies; Prototyping of interfaces; Setting up processes; Knowledge of the principles of web programming and mobile development; High communication skills, the ability to competently justify technical solutions, verbally and in writing ;Ability to correctly measure and increase the results of the work of the development department;Experience in managing people (organizing the work of the team);Skills in drawing up a work plan, technical tasks for programmers.Fluent command of the English language.What will be included in your responsibilities:Collection of project requirements;Setting tasks to team members; Management of the planning process (definition of the plan and preparation for the implementation of the project); Management of document flow for the project; Analysis of ready-made technical solutions, selection of the best based on the received data; (development, testing, working with requirements); What we have prepared for you: Competitive salary.
