Asa Project Manager , you will beresponsible for pitching different project ideas and taking the lead intheir execution. You will have the opportunity toimplement your innovative ideas and ensure their successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Pitch and Lead Projects: present project ideas tostakeholders and manage them through all stages ofdevelopment. Project Planning and Budgeting: take ownership ofproject planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Implementation and Monitoring: oversee project implementation, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Reporting and Meeting Deadlines: generate timely project reports and ensure projects are completed ontime. Process Management: ensure project processes run smoothly and identify areas for improvement. Communication and Coordination: act asaliaison between top management and project teams. Knowledge ofProject Management Methodologies: adapt methodologies tosuit project requirements. Entrepreneurial Mindset: seek opportunities toimprove processes and drive project success. Qualifications: Proven experience inleading and managing projects (4years). Experience inIT&Web project development (1+year). Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated knowledge ofproject management methodologies and tools. Innovative and solution-oriented mindset. Ability towork independently and aspart ofateam. Flexibility toadapt tochanging project requirements and deadlines. Fluent inEnglish; knowledge ofUkrainian orrussian isanadvantage.
