The main goal of the position is to ensure coordination and successful implementation of the ERP system implementation project.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Defining the scope of the project, goals and results. Create a detailed project plan with tasks, deadlines and resource allocation.
• Creating and maintaining a register of stakeholders.
• Creation of a communication plan for informing interested parties. Facilitating regular team meetings and status updates.
• Cooperation both with MZU stakeholders and with the team of ERP integrators;
• Participation in preliminary design, development, testing and acceptance of the final product;
• Collection of business documentation and its storage on the MZU corporate disk;
• Monitoring and risk management throughout the project life cycle.
• Conducting a final review and obtaining approval of the results from all stakeholders;
• Creation of a favorable environment for work and resolution of conflicts and disagreements in the team.
• Clearly define and monitor adherence to processes for documenting requirements for products, user stories, and other business documentation.
• Preparation of reports and presentations in the section of the project;

• You have a high level of communication skills, which allows you to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and management of the organization. This helps maintain an open and productive exchange of information within the project.
• You have an understanding of the importance of the psychology of change in the context of project management and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders of various interest levels, helping them adapt to changes.
• You work with modern tools and programs for managing projects and changes

Musthave for future colleagues (qualification requirements):

Knowledge: Deep understanding of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum. High level of skills in documenting and structuring information. Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology will be an advantage.

Languages: knowledge of the English language is not lower than B2.

Technologies: Proficiency in MS Office (or similar), knowledge of ERP systems, task trackers and wiki tools (Jetbrains Space and Notion will be an advantage).

Education: higher education in the field of managementin, business administration, information technology or related field. Additional certifications in the field of project management will be an advantage.
