The main goal of PM in our company is the successful completion of the project, namely ensuring the availability of products on the appropriate date.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience;
• Readiness for responsibility and decision-making;
• System thinking and analytical skills;
• Orientation to the result;
• Management of project resources.

Responsibilities:

• Confirming the feasibility of the project on the terms defined by the customer and coordinating the project implementation terms with the sales department.
• Implementation of project planning taking into account the criteria agreed with the customer and the formation of an internal order.
• Tracking deviations from the project plan, making adjustments to the plan and coordinating it with all project participants.
• Control and development of the expenditure part of the project. Adherence to the project budget and control of changes to the project budget.
• Independent performance of the necessary work on the project.
• Execution of works that cannot be delegated and that affect the result of execution within the project term.
• Notifying the sales department about identified issues and project risks.
• Provide a weekly report on projects, identified risks and problems to the immediate supervisor.
• Analyzing the mistakes made and determining the reasons for their occurrence.
• Suggestions and implementation of corrective actions to avoid recurrence in the future.
