TerraLab IT is an IT consulting company that creates products and develops information technologies in medicine and laboratory diagnostics in Ukraine and abroad. Due to the increase in the number of projects, we need more professionals in the team. We are looking for a project manager who knows how to take responsibility and achieve the set goal, easily finds a common language with different people and is always open to new tasks. Responsibilities: participation in the initiation of projects of various types conducted by the company; communication with interested parties; collection and processing of requirements; project planning, determination and involvement of the necessary competencies (resources); organization of the course of projects, planning of works by executors, determination of priorities; control and monitoring of projects, adherence to project limitations, prompt response to deviations from the plan; finalization of projects with appropriate summaries; Requirements and wishes: experience of long-term and short-term implemented projects; understanding of Scrum, Kanban approaches and frameworks; communication, teamwork, proactivity; education / self-education in project management, desire to learn new fields of knowledge.
