For our second project, Icon Finance is a cryptocurrency exchange platform that also offers services for purchasing goods and services, along with financial and investment consulting in Europe, Asia, the CIS, Africa, Latin America and the USA.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in business administration to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the crypto or fintech industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales,marketing, hr, finance and legal to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Assist the executive team with business operations such as: meeting notes, agenda, scheduling, communications and administrative support.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates and analyses to senior management.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and control a wide range of tasks in a Clickup.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Business Assistant/Project manager or similar administrative role.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets will be a plus..
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g.Notion,Clickup) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
